((Yes it is. Mightyena are known as a fearsome that WILL disobey unskilled or naive trainers who do not recognises it skills and power. And it mentions in the pokedex that when they attack, that the pokemon will bite savagely with it's pointed fangs. The soothe bell is a fail-safe system that her trainer put on so Kelly ((the mightyena in the picture)) would bond with her more easily so it wouldn't turn fang, also because as a Poochyena they all know runaway so the bell was a way to track Kelly if she decided to take off running. XD

LOL Wow. lol My mew would kick butt if I taught her that. Also there is Frustration which basicly the more they hate you, the more powerful. XD

which i also already know, and in Rumble Blast it's stronger it you don't use the Pokemon much
3rd Gen games' animations for those moves were funny XD
